Keith Bintley FALCD

Costs Lawyer

Keith has been dealing with costs for over 30 years, and in that time has gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of legal costs, but has specialised in Solicitors Act matters, high value Ancillary Relief claims and complex commercial litigation.

Keith was previously employed by one of the largest independent firms of Costs Draftsmen, where he was responsible for overseeing the technical training of staff and presenting seminars to clients. Keith has served on the council of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen where he was also Chair of the examination sub-committee. Indeed, Keith has the distinction of being one of only two Costs Draftspersons to qualify at both Associate and Fellowship level of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen with the highest examination marks on both occasions. Keith has now qualified as a Costs Lawyer which affords him the right of audience to conduct costs litigation in the Courts.

Keith regularly provides costs advice to several City of London firms of solicitors, as well as to government departments and to the legal departments of FTSE 100 companies.
